Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation Responsibilities Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
