The Care Center provides skilled nursing, memory care, palliative care, rehabilitation services and dialysis—all in one community. You will oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies. In your role, you will: Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses, medication aides, caregivers, dietary aides, housekeepers, case managers, and nurse leaders to provide exceptional care. Ensure clinical practices meet high safety and sanitation standards while following professional nursing guidelines. Keep documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, staff training, quality improvement, and resident rights in line with facility standards. Often provide care for residents with dementia, advanced wound care needs, dialysis, heart failure, and IV medications.
