Join our team at Cape Cod Post Acute as an RN / LPN Unit Manager! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time opportunities available. $12,000 Sign-on Bonus paid out after 90-day probation period. Payable $500 monthly for 24 consecutive months. $114,400-$124,800 per year (all inclusive). At Cape Cod Post Acute, we believe that strong clinical leadership at the unit level is essential to delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Unit Manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensures residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of MA
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required
