- Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing
- Must provide documented evidence to perform waived testing
- 2 years of RN nursing experience in various clinical settings, including Surgical Services, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical Nursing
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS Certification required or obtained within 90 days of employment
- One year of OR experience required (2 years of OR experience preferred)
