How you'll make an impact in this role
Direct Care & Labs: Provide bedside care, simple treatments, and routine tests under RN/physician direction.
Assessment & Safety: Collect patient data for RN review and address safety hazards or emergencies immediately.
Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Discharge
Education
Guide patients and families on post-care plans, holistic health, and follow-up resources.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date requred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
