As our RN you will be ready to make a profound difference in patient lives through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Everyday you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care, contributing to our practice's success through customer/patient focus, communication, professionalism, and teamwork. Responsibilities include general nursing care, assessment and documentation, patient care delivery, treatment and medication administration, referrals and consultations, patient/family education, team collaboration, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Oregon State RN license
- Current AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS within 90 days of hire
- AHA PALS within six (6) months of hire
- BSN (preferred)
