About this role
Start your nursing career before graduation through Sanford's Student Nurse Advancement Program! This unique program provides nursing students with paid, hands-on clinical experience while completing their nursing education. Participants begin their journey in a Patient Care Technician role, working alongside experienced healthcare professionals to develop valuable patient care skills, gain confidence in a clinical setting, and prepare for a successful transition into a Registered Nurse career.
As participants progress through their education and gain experience, they'll have opportunities to advance within the program, including Patient Care Technician II, internship experiences and future Registered Nurse (RN) career opportunities with Sanford.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program, meet all Sanford employment requirements, successfully complete required orientation and onboarding activities, maintain acceptable job performance standards, remain in good academic standing within your nursing program, maintain required certifications, competencies, and compliance requirements.
