*Job Summary and Responsibilities* As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data. Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans. Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others. Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention. Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.
