Join our team at Olde Main Post Acute as a MDS Coordinator. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Must have active RN license. Full-time opportunity available. $35/hr-$60/hr (all inclusive). The MDS Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant completion of all Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments to support resident care planning, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Current, active RN license required
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
  • Current, active RN license required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting
  • Prior MDS/RAI experience required
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and reimbursement systems
