A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct care to residents and is a critical part of the healthcare team. Working as part of a team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans to promote optimal health, safety, and well-being. Schedules Available: Full-Time, Weekdays, Weekends, Thursday - Saturday, 6AM - 6PM. Primary Responsibilities and Duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, collaborating with residents/families/physicians, providing skilled nursing interventions, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring vital signs, educating residents and families, providing emotional support, documenting nursing assessments, participating in care conferences, adhering to infection control protocols, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where work is performed
  • CPR Certification
  • AZ Fingerprint Card
  • TB Test
  • BLS Certification
  • Skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices in long-term care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
