Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health. Premier Home Health Providers Inc. Pay: per visit not per hour. Job Type: Per diem/Full-Time. Schedule: Flexible. Location: San Francisco California. Seeking experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong background in Home Health, OASIS documentation, and ICD-10 coding. Responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy of OASIS assessments, validating ICD-10 coding, supporting clinical documentation quality, and maintaining compliance with CMS, Medicare, and state home health regulations.

Requirements

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
Valid California Driver's License
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
Minimum of 1-2 years of Home Health nursing experience
Strong knowledge of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding
Working knowledge of CMS Medicare Home Health regulations and California licensing requirements
Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and computer-based documentation systems
