About this role

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, directs, implements, and assists to provide quality patient care for assigned patients in a corrections facility medical clinic. Essential functions include planning and providing quality patient care, medication administration, discharge planning, patient education, monitoring changes in patient condition, data collection, collaborating with patients on treatment plan goals, documenting in medical records, maintaining reports and records, and coordinating patient care and transfers in accordance with EMTALA regulations.
