Registered Nurse - Vascular Surgery/Medical PCU - RN

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Vascular Surgery/Medical Progressive Care, responsible for direct patient care, education, and care transitions in a 29-bed unit. Key Responsibilities: Care for vascular surgery patients, medical patients with complex health issues, and postpartum patients with NICU babies. Perform symptom management, wound care, cardiac IV medication administration, and discharge planning. Support professional nursing practice, mentor colleagues, participate in quality improvement, and delegate tasks appropriately. Qualifications: Nursing degree from an accredited program, at least one year of RN experience, current RN license, BLS certification, and computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations. Leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills required. Additional Info: Eligible for TN sponsorship; experience with electronic medical records preferred. Full-time position with variable shifts, including weekends. Compensation ranges from $43.84 to $66.84 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
