Park Place Health and Wellness Center, a Senior Living Community located in St. John, IN is seeking a LTC Clinical Support Nurse Manager (RN), Full Time for Long Term Care. Requirements

RN License in the State of Indiana
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana
Prior experience as a manager/supervisor or scheduling with skilled nursing/long-term care a plus
Pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and complete the orientation program
