Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team on a per diem basis in Roxborough, Pennsylvania, with willingness to provide occasional coverage at Lower Bucks Hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity for a CRNA seeking flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the ability to work across diverse surgical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical, procedural, and diagnostic cases
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safe recovery post-operatively
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff
  • Respond to urgent and emergent anesthesia needs when required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support patient safety, quality improvement, and departmental initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current CRNA certification
  • Active Pennsylvania RN/APRN and CRNA licensure (or eligibility)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience preferred, but strong new graduates considered
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team model settings
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Lower Bucks Hospital for additional shifts
