Location: Prime IV Marlborough and Hanover Massachusetts Schedule: FT 4-5 Shifts/wk PT 1-3 Shifts/wk (2 Saturdays per month required) Compensation: Base pay + tips + commission (top nurses earn significantly above hourly rate) Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is looking for a confident RN who wants more than a typical nursing job. This role blends clinical skill, client education, and performance-driven wellness care in a calm, spa-like environment. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, helping people feel their best, and being rewarded for your impact — this role may be a great fit. What You'll Do: Start and manage IVs confidently and safely; Administer IV vitamin therapy and IM injections; Monitor clients and ensure safety and comfort; Educate clients on IV therapies and wellness options; Recommend memberships, packages, and add-ons when appropriate; Document treatments and maintain compliance with protocols; Contribute to a clean, calm, professional environment.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
Strong IV skills
Reliable and able to commit to 2 Saturdays per month
Professional, friendly, outgoing
Previous sales, retail, or hospitality experience a plus
Comfortable educating clients and recommending services
Interest in wellness, energy optimization, and preventative care
