Your Role as an LPN
Provide Direct Patient Care with skill and compassion. Administer Medications & Treatments as prescribed. Monitor Vital Signs & Document Medical Information accurately. Work Closely with RNs & Physicians to ensure high-quality care. Educate Patients & Families on treatments and wellness strategies. Respond Quickly to Medical Situations and emergencies.
