LVN Charge Nurse position at Windsor Gardens. Participates in and oversees patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure. Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes. Performs EMR documentation, ensures implementation of care plans, administers medications and treatments, and supervises CNA staff.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
