Primary Clinical RN Lead at Estetica Institute, a premier Plastic Surgery office in Palm Beach Gardens. This hands-on leadership role combines perioperative nursing, operating room coordination, patient care, staff oversight, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include surgical and clinical leadership, perioperative nursing, operating room coordination, inventory and purchasing, and compliance, quality assurance, and patient experience.

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Operating Room or Perioperative Nursing: 1 year (Required)
Operating room, perioperative, ambulatory surgery center, or medical-surgical nursing experience required
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
