- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN required; Minimum two years' experience as a registered nurse in the specialty required; 3-5 years of nursing experience strongly preferred; Current licensure to practice as Registered Nurse in North Carolina; Certification as an RN preferred; BCLS required; Problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills; Ability to work in a self-directed environment and with leading teams
