- Requirements
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN preferred; ADN candidates with significant leadership experience will be considered; Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Nurse Manager in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care; Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, NYSDOH requirements, and long-term care operations; Proven success managing state surveys and regulatory compliance; Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Ability to build, motivate, and
