- Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; Minimum 2-3 years clinical experience in long-term care or subacute rehabilitation; Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred; Familiarity with CMS regulations, MDS process, and DPH survey standards; Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency with electronic medical records; Ability to stand, walk, and move intermittently during shifts; 1-3years; 2 years minimum experience
