- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (AND or BSN); Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State; Previous experience in respiratory therapy, critical care, or related areas; Proficiency in respiratory care techniques and nursing procedures; Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making abilities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in high pressure situations and maintain a calm demeanor
