Requirements
Current PA State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); Experience in direct patient care, assessments/observation of clinical conditions, and recruiting, training, and managing staff; Experience at a department head level in Personal Care or a related field; Demonstrated leadership with supervisory skills; At least 3 years' experience in long-term care/geriatrics; Excellent communication, organizational, and observation skills; CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid; Ability to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information; CPR; BLS
