Requirements
Valid state RN nursing license; Advanced degree or certification preferred; Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred; Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care; Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both; Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
