Weekends, holidays, call, and rotation: CentraCare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Primary On-Call Registered Nurse to join our Home Health and Hospice team. · This position will have considerable autonomy, utilizing independent judgment to make sound decisions during scheduled on-call hours.

Location and setting: Waite Park, Minnesota; home-health
Bonus and benefits: $3,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates · Medical insurance · Dental insurance · Paid time off
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred; Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license; Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card; Reliable transportation with a valid Minnesota driver's license, a driving record in good standing and insurance liability coverage meeting CentraCare's standards; Minimum of two years' experience in an acute care setting; At least one year of experience as a registered nurse
