Requirements
Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois; Bachelor degree in nursing or health related field; 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in a health care field OR 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in a health care field; Five years of work experience as a Registered Professional Nurse; Current ACLS/BLS/CPR and other required unit specific certifications; Two years of quality leadership required; Approved nursing certification required within 6 months of hire; Master's Degree preferred in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Business; BLS; ACLS
