- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Current unrestricted IL RN license; Minimum of 3 years RN experience required; 5 years preferred; Experience in wound care and spinal cord injury care preferred; Certified CPR; Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray; Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance; Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; perform CPR as needed
