- Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred); One (1) year experience as a registered nurse; Current RN compact/multistate license recognized by NCSBN Compact State or licensed to practice as an RN in the state; In lieu of 1 year RN experience: successful completion of Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency from another organization; In lieu of 1 year RN experience: 1 year of LPN experience for internal candidates within the same service line; In lieu of Associate degree: nursing diploma with licensure to practice as a registered nurse; Knowledge
