State of Idaho licensed LPN or RN; At least 2 years experience in a family practice setting; At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Proficiency working in EHR systems, preferably Nextgen; Advanced, specialized nursing skills as appropriate to a family practice clinic; Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards; Ability to provide professional guidance, instruction, and leadership to nursing and related patient care staff
