- Graduate of a nursing program accredited by ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA; One year of RN experience required; Current RN license by applicable state requirements; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification must be valid for 90 days post start date; Entry-level associate degree RNs must complete BSN within five years of RN start date; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred; Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends, and on-call
