- Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Advanced degree in health services; 1-2 years of experience with the geriatric/dementia population; At least 2 years of experience supervising CNAs or home health aides; Ability to administer non-injectable medications such as orals, drops, inhalers, and topical ointments; Excellent organizational skills; Strong clinical and documentation assessment skills; Knowledge of community support services
