Requirements
Active RN license in California; BSN required; MSN or equivalent preferred; 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in home health; Deep knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM reimbursement; Proven track record in survey readiness, quality assurance, and performance improvement; Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; Certification in Home Health Nursing (e.g., COS-C, CHPN) or Nursing Administration (nice to have); Experience with EMR systems used in home health (e.g., Homecare Homebase, PointClickCare) (nice to have)
