About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering and coordinating outstanding patient care in the office setting using established nursing practices, procedures, and protocols. The RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of patient care and the achievement of optimal outcomes. Essential duties include performing nursing duties in compliance with Arizona State Board of Nursing, assessing patient needs, reviewing patient history and diagnostics, implementing care plans, delegating and supervising healthcare team activities, providing pre- and post-operative teaching, assisting with triage and phone call management, assisting physician in Pain Management Procedure room, overseeing office management, assisting with staff education, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and participating in quality assurance activities.

Bachelor's degree in nursing
RN License
BCLS Certification
ACLS Certification (preferred)
2 years experience in outpatient/ASC setting or hospital environment
Medical/Surgical or Pain Management experience (preferred)
EMR Centricity/Athena (preferred)
Personal computer skills and EMR experience
