As Director of Nursing, You Will: Provide nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team. Oversee the leadership and guidance of the nursing team in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care. Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach. Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success. Must Have: Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager. 3-5 years of experience in a nursing supervisory role, providing direct care to multiple residents, with Long Term Care (LTC) experience being ideal. Graduate of an approved RN program. Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care. Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Environment. Familiarity with PointClickCare. Advanced education in principles of management and geriatrics or DON certification. Leadership principles expertise.

  • RN License
  • RN License
  • Graduate of an approved RN program
  • Previous experience as Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager
  • 3-5 years of experience in a nursing supervisory role
  • Long Term Care (LTC) experience
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Environment (preferred)
