*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. *Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology evaluation, and medical history documentation
* Administer medications, injections, IV insertions, and other treatments following established protocols and safety procedures
* Monitor patient responses and update medical records accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans for acute, post-acute, outpatient, or inpatient care
* Respond swiftly to medical emergencies by activating appropriate protocols such as CPR or AED operation and providing first aid as needed
* Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling medical records responsibly
* Communicate effectively with patients’ families and guardians to explain treatments, answer questions, and provide emotional support
*Requirements*
* Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in accordance with State Board of Nursing regulations
* Proven experience in diverse clinical environments such as trauma centers, emergency rooms, ICU/PICU, medical-surgical units, or urgent care settings
* Strong knowledge of health regulations compliance, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems), medical documentation, venipuncture, medication administration, and IV insertion techniques
* Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments accurately and respond effectively during medical emergencies
* Experience working with special populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, or school-aged children is preferred
* Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and interprofessional collaboration
* Ability to handle manual patient handling safely while maintaining high standards of infection control and safety protocols
* Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and nursing policy compliance to ensure ethical practice at all times
