Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Hudson, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Manage patient messages and communications through Epic.
• Process medication refill requests for physicians.
• Contact patients with test and lab results.
• Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) as needed.
• Conduct Point-of-Care Testing (POCT).
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Outpatient clinic or ambulatory care experience preferred
Pay: $2,490.00 - $3,050.00 per week
