The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong leadership abilities, and excellent supervisory skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive Administrator and Regional Team committed to your success.
Qualifications
Current RN license required (successful completion of State Board Examination)
1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent multitasking abilities
Ability to lead, motivate, and instruct staff
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, methods, and tools
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care
