Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and report concerns to the nursing team

Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
