Andrea's Angels is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for per diem, field-based work in the Greeley and Northglenn service areas. Fee-for-service position compensated per completed visit. RNs work across three programs: skilled home health, In-Home Support Services (IHSS), and Independent Living Skills Training (ILST), performing in-home assessments, clinical monitoring, caregiver training and oversight, and skills-based instruction. Offers clinical autonomy without fixed shift commitments, mandatory overtime, or on-call requirements.
Reliable transportation, valid CO driver's license, and current auto insurance
Ability to travel across the Greeley and/or Northglenn service areas
Ability to pass background screening and required health clearances
Home health, hospice, case management, or community health experience (preferred)
Experience with brain injury, neuro rehab, developmental disability, or geriatric populations (preferred)
