CareCore at Gaymont is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the clinical leadership team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Norwalk, Ohio. Responsibilities include assisting the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting staff development/training/performance management, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, participating in infection control/QA/clinical audits, assisting with staffing and scheduling, providing guidance to RNs/LPNs/STNAs, and stepping in for the DON in their absence.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Ohio
Previous leadership experience in long-term care preferred
Strong understanding of LTC regulations and survey process
Experience with PointClickCare preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
Healthcare infection prevention and control expertise
Quality assurance experience within healthcare
Clinical audit and monitoring
