Free Training Program – Become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Slate Valley Center is offering a free CNA training course for eligible candidates located in the Slate Valley area who are willing to attend training in Glens Falls. Participants will complete their CNA coursework in Glens Falls, NY and, upon successful completion, will transition into a CNA position at Slate Valley Center.
Successful completion of the sponsored CNA program
Valid NY State CNA certification
Must be 18 years or older
Must be in good standing with State Registry
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
