About this role
The Nurse coordinates medical, dental and vision services for youth in care at Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches. Maintains clinic/first aid on campus, completes youth assessments, arranges medical services, maintains records and files, provides health training, consults with staff on medical needs, assists with Medicaid/insurance matters, monitors medication administration, and schedules psychiatrist visits. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse with the State of Florida. Previous experience dealing with youth preferred. Must have a valid Florida Driver License.
