Requirements
- Current state RN or LPN license
- Current State license in the state of practice
- Current driver's license
- Current CPR Certification
- Two (2) years' experience in a clinical care setting
- One (1) year full-time hospice experience
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
