The RN Clinic, Allergy provides comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving allergy evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services within the clinic setting. Perform clinical assessments, administer allergy-related treatments such as injections or testing, and monitor patients for adverse reactions in accordance with established protocols. Prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, and maintain clinical supplies to support efficient clinic workflow and infection-prevention standards. Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes promptly and accurately within the electronic health record.
Provide patient education on allergy management, medication use, environmental triggers, and follow-up care to support self-management and safety. Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to coordinate appointments, testing schedules, and care plans tailored to patient needs. Support satellite clinics as required, ensuring continuity of allergy services across Trinity Health locations.
