Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor and evaluate ongoing medical needs of residents. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams. Review lab results and consults, ensuring appropriate follow-up care. Provide on-site clinical support and guidance to residential staff. Supervise and support AMAP staff, including training and recertification.
