Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Jun 1, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Hospice Case Management position in Plymouth, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and prior hospice experience in an outpatient, community-based setting.

Details Outpatient hospice case management role with visits conducted in patient homes and residential/care facilities Expected caseload of 4–5 patient visits per day Daily travel of approximately 30–50 miles required to reach patients in the surrounding community Day shift

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm 32 hours per week Mileage is reimbursed per IRS guidelines Requirements Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license currently in hand Minimum experience as a hospice RN required — experienced candidates only Current BLS certification required Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position COVID vaccine and booster required (medical exemptions accepted) Flu vaccine required during flu season (medical exemptions accepted) Additional Information Conduct routine hospice visits in patient homes and care facilities throughout the community Pass/fail testing required: Telemetry/ECG and Medication tests Candidates who have worked at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel, permanent, or per diem) within the last 6 months are not eligible — a full 6-month separation is required before consideration All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application Interview availability dates and times must be provided when applying First-time travelers are not indicated as welcome for this position given the experience requirement
