Your future role at a glance: Location: Milwaukee, WI Facility: St. Joseph Hospital Department: Labor and Delivery Schedule: Full-time | Day shift #NextGenHealthcare How you'll make an impact in this role: Provide direct nursing care, including implementing patient care plans and executing physician and nursing orders, in accordance with established policies and protocols. Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate to ensure consistent health tracking. Serve as the primary coordinator across all disciplines to facilitate well-integrated patient care. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
