Matrix Home Care is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse to complete Start of Care assessments and skilled nursing visits throughout East Orlando and the surrounding Orange County area. Responsibilities include completing Start of Care assessments, performing skilled nursing visits, developing individualized plans of care, providing wound care, medication management, disease-management education, coordinating with physicians and clinical team, completing OASIS and electronic medical record documentation.
