Requirements
- Active NH or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and CST certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience required
- Experience in orthopedic surgery including total joints, ENT, general surgery, and uro/gyn required
- Proficient in surgical identification and setup, sterile technique, aseptic practice, counts, specimen handling, surgical site preparation and draping, and medication handling on the sterile field
- Skilled in troubleshooting sterile field contamination and managing fast room turnover
- Able to work independently with minimal orientation
- Intraoperative neuromonitoring familiarity and vendor coordination experience preferred
